  • Seal the opening like cracks and make sure to fill such opening using cement foundation or caulk

  • Fix present leaks soon

  • Keep the vents open and away from blockage

  • Keep plants away from the house structure and restrict from growing against the wooden structures

  • Do not keep firewood or wooden debris piled up near the house.
